1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing or related field, fluent in English or Japanese;
 2. Have more than 8 years of market development experience, be familiar with market operation, and have a deep understanding of marketing work; 
3. Have strong market perception ability, keen grasp of market dynamics and market direction; 
4. Be highly enthusiastic in work and have good team spirit, excellent interpersonal communication skills, team building ability and organizational development ability; 
5. Can correctly recognize the crisis, respond to emergencies and resolve crises, quickly find solutions to the crisis, and minimize the loss or risk of the enterprise; 
6. Establish and manage efficient market information system, provide accurate, systematic and timely market information for enterprise, and conduct comprehensive analysis on all kinds of information to provide basis for enterprise to make decisions; 
7. Be responsible for the formulation of medium-term and long-term market strategic plans and annual plans; 
8. Make annual marketing plans, marketing expenses, internal profit indicators and other plans; 

9. Be responsible for the construction and management of the marketing team.
