1.Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years working experience in the same position in a manufacturing enterprise; 
2.Be responsible for optimization, evaluation, guidance and personnel training of all processes of product transfer from engineering research and development to production department mass production; 
3.Propose and evaluate production automation equipment; continuously improve  production process to improve quality and efficiency and save cost; 
4.Lead the analysis of defects in the manufacturing process and customer complaints from 5M1E and other aspects and come up with effective solutions; 
5.Be responsible for the establishment of lean production system, lean production process control and lean project management; 
6.Promote project improvement, analyze and lead improvement activities for process improvement, production efficiency, lost working hours, defective rate, on-site waste, and operation safety; 
7.Optimize production process, promote operation standardization, reduce production cost, and manage and improve direct labor cost;

8. Train grassroots management cadres on lean concepts and thinking by using theoretical tools related to lean production, guide different project improvement teams to carry out relevant improvement work and provide methods and technical support.

Annual Salary：100-150K
