Description of job
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 1 year customer service experience is preferred;
2. Have strong work initiative and enthusiasm;
3. Have strong communication and coordination ability and affinity;
4. Be able to go on business trips to customer manufacturing plants to analyze and deal with product quality problems;
5. Be responsible for handling abnormal quality conditions and dealing with unqualified products;
6. Deal with quality problems from customers;
